Terms and Conditions

1. General & Business Information These terms and conditions apply to all food sales, pitch operations, private event catering, and marketing programs provided by Luke’s Larder ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing food from our mobile trailer, booking our catering services, or subscribing to our online services, you agree to these terms.


2. Pitch Service & Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, contactless payments, mobile pay (Apple Pay/Google Pay), and cash at the hatch.
  • Pricing & Availability: Prices and menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability and ingredient costs. All items are subject to stock availability on the day.
  • Pre-Orders & Collection: Where pre-ordering or click-and-collect is made available for specific pitches, collection times must be adhered to so we can ensure food quality and safety.


3. Dietary Requirements & Allergens

  • Allergen Notice: While we offer dishes made without gluten, dairy, or meat ingredients, all food is prepared in a compact mobile kitchen environment that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, sesame, and other major allergens.
  • Cross-Contamination: We cannot guarantee that any dish is 100% free from traces of allergens. Customers with severe allergies must inform us before ordering and consume products at their own risk.


4. The Larder Club (Newsletter & Perks)

  • Subscription: By joining the Larder Club, you consent to receive periodic marketing emails, location updates, seasonal menus, and special offers from Luke’s Larder.
  • Data Protection: Your personal details (such as your name and email address) will be stored securely and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
  • Unsubscribing: You can opt out of the Larder Club at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.
  • Promotions & Offers: Any exclusive discounts, free items, or perks offered to Larder Club members are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to availability at the hatch.


5. Catering & Event Bookings

  • Quotes & Confirmations: Event bookings are secured only upon receipt of an agreed deposit and written confirmation.
  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full payment is due prior to or on the day of the event.
  • Access & Site Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring suitable, level ground access and safe parking for the mobile trailer at private event locations.


6. Liability Luke’s Larder holds full Public Liability Insurance and adheres to strict UK Food Safety standards. We accept no liability for indirect losses, or for issues arising from failure to declare severe food allergies at the point of ordering.


7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
